Honouring Mentorship and Professional Growth
We are thrilled to extend a warm community welcome to Sue Casey, an exceptional public speaker and highly respected NEAS/ELICOS/ASQA Auditor, who recently joined our community network.
Sue has long been a foundational mentor to our Founder & CEO, Prabhakar Agraja, passing on vital skills in articulation, high-standard communication, and professional writing during his formative years. Her early guidance paved the way for Prabhakar to step into major leadership roles, including becoming the Principal of a NEAS-accredited college back in 2010. We are privileged to have Sueās inspiring presence, standards, and wisdom with us as a part of the extended AIMA family.
How AIMA Was Born Out of Community Resilience
Did you know AIMA began during the height of the global pandemic? In April 2020, amidst widespread isolation and uncertainty, Founder Mr. Prabhakar Agraja launched "Covid Geethmala". This online musical and cultural initiative brought singers and performers from India and Australia together to share comfort, reduce stress, and spread positivity.
What started as a digital safe haven evolved rapidly as community support grew. Today, AIMA has expanded far beyond its musical roots into a premier national recognition platform, highlighting the overlooked stories of talented individuals, volunteers, entrepreneurs, and cultural leaders across every territory in Australia.
