All attendees, staff, volunteers, vendors, and contractors must follow venue safety rules, public health guidance, and any event-specific health protocols communicated by AIMA.
Individuals who are feeling unwell, experiencing flu-like symptoms, or have been advised by a medical professional to isolate should not attend the event.
AIMA reserves the right to refuse entry or request any unwell person to leave the venue in the interest of public safety.
To maintain a safe event environment:
Hand sanitising stations may be provided throughout the venue
Guests are encouraged to maintain good personal hygiene
Attendees should follow cough etiquette and health-safe behaviours
Additional health precautions may be introduced where required by public health authorities or venue operators
Valid ticket holders must present proof of purchase for entry where applicable
Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by event organisers
Ticket refunds, exchanges, or credits will be governed by the event’s refund policy
AIMA reserves the right to deny entry to disruptive, unsafe, or non-compliant individuals
Guests must occupy allocated seating where seating is assigned
Emergency evacuation procedures and assembly areas must be followed as directed by venue staff
Children must remain under adult supervision at all times
Prams, accessibility seating, and designated family areas must be used appropriately where available
AIMA may collect attendee information for ticketing, event communications, safety notifications, and operational purposes in accordance with Australian privacy obligations.
Personal information will be handled responsibly and only used for legitimate event administration purposes.
All vendors, contractors, staff, and volunteers participating in AIMA events must comply with:
Venue operational policies
Workplace safety requirements
Public health regulations where applicable
Event management instructions issued by AIMA organisers
Contractors and vendors may be required to submit operational compliance documents, insurance details, or venue-related safety plans where applicable.
Any food or beverage service provided at AIMA events must comply with relevant Victorian food safety regulations, venue licensing requirements, and applicable health standards.
Attendees are encouraged to regularly check official AIMA channels for updates regarding event timing, venue details, ticketing information, and important announcements.

AIMA reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel events due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, emergencies, government directives, or other unforeseen events.
AIMA is built on respect, inclusion, and celebration of diversity.
Discrimination, harassment, abusive behaviour, unsafe conduct, or actions that disrupt the event experience will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue.
